Dotcom Ranking Terms & Conditions

  1. Client agrees not to have duplicate sites, content, pages, or engage in spamming techniques that could harm the website's ranking.
  2. Payments should be made in advance and are non-refundable after the first month. We guarantee improvement in the first month, and a refund can be requested if adequate improvement is not seen.
  3. Additional charges for third-party fees (e.g., paid directories) are borne by the client.
  4. We do not guarantee specific results on search engines but promise to achieve the specified results using the specified man-hour.
  5. Any changes made by the client to optimized pages void any guarantee placed.
  6. We adhere to ethical SEO practices, and any guarantee will be void if the client engages in undesirable actions.
  7. We reserve the right to use client websites for advertising and marketing initiatives unless instructed otherwise.
  8. We are not responsible for hosting IP faults, but we can suggest reliable hosting companies if requested.
  9. Client information is treated with confidentiality, and certain access permissions are required for progressive SEO services.
  10. A 30-day notice is mandatory to cancel the service professionally.
  11. Refunds are not offered due to the nature of intangible services, and both parties must comply with the Service Agreement.
  12. All plans are on a monthly subscription basis, and clients can stop the subscription anytime.
  13. We recommend continuing the campaign for at least six months to see improvements.
  14. Our packages exclusively cover digital marketing; no web development is included.
  15. Campaign keyword selection is based on the service provider's specialization, subject to client approval.
  16. Client approval is required at each step of the process, and any delay in approval is not our responsibility.
  17. No direct refund policy is offered due to the nature of our service's dependency on search engine rules.
  18. We are not responsible for issues caused by changes made by the client to the website.
  19. We may need login details to make changes and request the client to change the login information after completion.
  20. We are not responsible for virus and malware attacks due to hosting service provider flaws; dedicated hosting is recommended.
  21. We guarantee to work for the allotted man-hours and provide regular reports covering activities during that period.
